Refund policy

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damage to products and return procedure

Please note: Recipients must refuse a parcel with external damage or accept it with reservation.

Always check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem.

Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Via Enrico Fermi, 17, 62010, Appignano, MC.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
If you have any questions about the return and/or damage to the products received, you can always contact us at shoponline@acquadelconero.com.
The goods must be sent carriage paid to our warehouses accompanied by a transport document.

Acqua del Conero Srl reserves the right to charge the cost of transport for the return of the goods, and a lump sum as reimbursement for technical expenses of € 25.00 + VAT. Should the return be accepted, it will be refunded net of shipping costs.

Refund
Once the return has been received and checked, we will inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method within 30 working days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
If more than 35 working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at shoponline@acquadelconero.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
 
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the Court of Macerata shall have jurisdiction.
