There is a path that opens silently behind the sports field of Poggio, among Aleppo pines and wild broom. It grazes an abandoned kiln and a forgotten quarry, then climbs decisively into a forest of holm oaks, deciduous trees, and evergreens. The air smells of resin, damp earth, and living leaves. On the right, among the vegetation, emerges the ruin of the Gigli house, a discreet presence in the landscape. The path ends at Pian Grande, where new horizons and ancient memories meet.
